The Opportunity
We're seeking a high-energy Sales Performance Specialist to drive sales of our industry-leading NordicTrack and ProForm fitness equipment. This role offers a chance to be part of a dynamic team and contribute to the success of two of the most recognized brands in fitness.
Job Responsibilities:
- Drive Sales: Leverage your sales expertise to identify and pursue new business opportunities, engaging with potential customers through inbound leads and referrals.
- Build Relationships: Develop strong connections with customers, understanding their fitness needs and providing tailored recommendations on NordicTrack and ProForm products.
- Master the Sales Process: Guide prospects from initial contact to successful closure, demonstrating product features and handling objections effectively.
- Stay Informed: Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in fitness and wellness, using this knowledge to provide insightful recommendations and maintain our competitive edge.
- Achieve Targets: Meet and exceed sales goals, monitoring performance metrics and adapting strategies to maximize results.
- Enhance Customer Experience: Deliver exceptional service before, during, and after the sale, addressing any issues or follow-up needs promptly.
Requirements:
- Sales Experience: Proven success in inside sales or a similar role, ideally within the fitness or consumer goods sectors, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- People Skills: Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities, with the ability to build rapport and engage with customers effectively.
- Results-Driven: Strong problem-solving skills and a relentless drive to achieve and surpass goals.
- Tech-Savvy: Proficient in CRM software and sales tools, with experience in data-driven sales strategies a plus.
- Fitness Enthusiast: A genuine passion for fitness and wellness, with enthusiasm for NordicTrack and ProForm products.
Salary Range: $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience.
