Service Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled Service Coordinator to join our team at Crane Engineering Sales, LLC. As a key member of our Professional Pump division, you will play a critical role in providing sales support for our products and services to account managers and customers.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and maintain product knowledge necessary to service internal and external customers within assigned markets.
- Coordinate all assigned internal and external service projects regarding scope, schedule, and budget.
- Prepare project files with equipment manuals and parts lists.
- Review inspection reports and findings.
- Prepare and deliver service quotes to customers for field service and in-house repair opportunities.
- Assist the customer service team with order entry tasks.
- Obtain credit information to set up new customers.
- Request quotations from vendors.
- Estimate labor for service jobs.
- Support sales staff in obtaining business.
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate's degree in a related field preferred.
- Minimum 1 to 3 years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Sales experience preferred.
- Ability to be mechanically adept.
- Ability to interact professionally over the phone with a focus on customer service and increasing sales.
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
- Works well under pressure.
- Strong customer service and time management skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
