Job Summary

We are seeking a seasoned security professional to lead our Regional Security function within Corporate Security. This role involves developing and delivering the Regional Security strategy for ensuring the security of Mastercard assets globally. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of physical and cyber security operations, governance, risk management practices, and experience in managing multi-location security operations.

About the Role

This is a senior leadership position that requires a trusted advisor to senior leadership across business, technology, and support functions on matters pertaining to cyber and physical security. The successful candidate will own the function budget, resourcing needs, security vendor relationships, physical security products, and roadmap.

About You
  • You have a strong understanding of physical and cyber security operations, governance, risk management practices.
  • You have experience in managing security programs in diverse cultural and legal environments, senior stakeholder management, crisis situations, and risk assessments.
  • You possess excellent communication and people management skills.

Estimated Salary: $255,000 USD (based on location, experience, and other qualifications)
