About the Role

This key position will be responsible for leading multiple environmental consulting projects, overseeing project teams, and ensuring timely delivery of high-quality results. As a Senior Project Director, Geologist, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop innovative solutions, build client relationships, and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Project Oversight: Manage multiple environmental consulting projects from inception to completion, focusing on delivering quality results on time and within budget.
  • Team Leadership: Recruit, train, and mentor a team of scientists and engineers, promoting a culture of collaboration, innovation, and excellence.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, delivering exceptional service and exceeding their expectations.
  • Business Development: Identify new business opportunities, develop strategies to win new clients, and expand our presence in the region.
Requirements:
  • S.E. or B.S. in civil, geotechnical, environmental, chemical, mechanical engineering, geology, biology, chemistry or related field.
  • 10+ years of relevant work experience in environmental consulting.
  • Proven track record of successful project delivery, team leadership, and business development.
  • Experience working with regulatory agencies, such as the TCEQ, and managing complex projects.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to build strong relationships with clients and team members.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on results and customer satisfaction.
  • Flexibility to travel and work outside of regular business hours as needed.
Benefits and Compensation

The salary range for this role is $150,000 - $200,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications. Additionally, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) match, and flexible work arrangements.
