Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily dining room operations, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and customer service
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty
  • Lead and motivate front-of-house staff to achieve exceptional service standards
  • Collaborate with the culinary team to ensure seamless service and high-quality food presentation
  • Monitor and control labor costs, inventory, and other operational expenses
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in dining room operations

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2-4 years of experience in dining room management or equivalent roles
  • Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service and leading high-performing teams
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances
  • Valid Food Handlers card and ServSafe Food Safety Manager certificate (or willingness to obtain)
