Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure budget compliance, sanitation, safety, and health regulation compliance.
  • Oversee food preparation, service, and staff training and development.
  • Interact with staff, customers, guests, and other facility department personnel.

Requirements:

  • Eight or more years of professional experience in food service management, with six or more years in a leadership role.

  • Comprehensive knowledge of food service systems and proven leadership skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills.
