Job Overview

Northwood Ravin, LLC is seeking a skilled Maintenance Service Technician to join our team. As a key member of our facilities team, you will be responsible for ensuring the upkeep and maintenance of our properties.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain the exterior and interior of our properties, including grounds, common areas, and vacant apartments.
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks, including repairs, replacements, and preventative maintenance.
  • Respond to service requests from residents in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Participate in on-call rotation to ensure 24/7 coverage.
  • Operate pools, hot tubs, and other amenities, and maintain records as required.
  • Report maintenance issues and concerns to the Service Manager.
  • Complete special projects and preventative maintenance as delegated by the Service Manager.
  • Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1+ years of experience in multifamily maintenance or a related field.
  • HVAC certification.
  • Valid driver's license.
  • Ability to work 40 hours per week and on-call hours.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • CPO certification.
  • Basic knowledge of painting, electrical wiring, plumbing, carpentry, appliance service and repair, heating, ventilation, HVAC systems, pool service and chemicals, and computer systems.
  • Ability to work independently and within a team.
  • Good communication skills (both written and verbal).
