Production Field Service Technician

Centric Business Systems - powered by UBEO is seeking a highly skilled Field Service Production Technician to join our team in the Raleigh-Durham-Chapel Hill Area.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in repairing high-volume production equipment and a proven track record of providing excellent customer service.
The Field Service Production Technician will be responsible for the timely and cost-effective maintenance and repair of production equipment, as well as promoting and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction with our customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Specialize in the repair of high-volume segment 5 and 6 as well as wide format equipment
- Repair all pre and post equipment attached to production product
- Perform basic installation and repair of all connectivity related products
- Maximize equipment up-time through timely response and effective and efficient repair
- Communicate effectively with customers and internal stakeholders
- Utilize and adhere to all published escalation guides
- Complete technical training on new equipment as required
- Analyze customer needs and recognize business opportunities
- Effectively execute territory management, administrative, call management, and escalation procedures
- Manage large parts and supply inventory with a high degree of accuracy
Requirements:
- High School or GED
- Associate Degree or equivalent technical training
- A+ Certification (or equivalent experience)
- 2+ year experience supporting general line equipment
- Strong Computer literacy
