Key Responsibilities:- System Development: Create and manage efficient systems for lead generation, client relationship management, contract oversight, financial reporting, vendor interactions, and administrative support.
- Contract Management: Oversee the entire process of client contracts, collaborating closely with the Transaction Coordinator to ensure timely and smooth execution.
- Client Engagement: Act as the primary contact for client inquiries, providing exceptional service and demonstrating effective conflict resolution abilities.
- Team Development: Recruit, train, and guide our administrative team, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
- Documentation & Organization: Ensure meticulous organization through accurate record-keeping, efficient information management, and the creation of a comprehensive operations manual.
- Office Management: Supervise the procurement, installation, and maintenance of office equipment and technology to guarantee seamless operations.
- Financial Oversight: Manage commission collections, budget oversight, and financial reporting to ensure fiscal responsibility.
- Experience in Real Estate: 1-2 years in the real estate sector, providing valuable insights and knowledge.
- Exceptional Organizer: Skilled at managing multiple tasks and projects while maintaining focus on priorities.
- Strong Communicator: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, capable of engaging with a diverse range of stakeholders.
- Technologically Proficient: Familiar with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Publisher) and able to present information effectively.
