About the Role

Ferguson Enterprises, Inc. is seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Showroom Customer Service Representative. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, building strong relationships with clients, and contributing to the success of our organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Assist customers on the showroom floor, respond to their inquiries, and resolve any issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of our product offerings, including plumbing fixtures, lighting, and appliances, to provide expert advice and recommendations to customers.
  • Sales Support: Collaborate with Outside Sales Associates to identify sales opportunities, provide product information, and support the sales process.
  • Administrative Tasks: Perform administrative functions, such as updating customer contracts, coordinating deliveries, and answering sales calls, to ensure seamless customer service.
Requirements
  • Customer Service Experience: Proven track record of providing exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment.
  • Sales Experience: Previous sales experience, preferably in a retail or wholesale setting, is highly desirable.
  • Product Knowledge: Familiarity with plumbing fixtures, lighting, and appliances is preferred, but not required.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with customers, sales teams, and other stakeholders.
  • Teamwork: Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team, with a focus on building strong relationships and achieving common goals.
  • Adaptability: Willingness to adapt to changing priorities, learn new products and processes, and navigate a dynamic sales environment.
