You will be responsible for strengthening customer relationships through a defined sales process, identifying opportunities to improve their financial well-being, and collaborating with ecosystem partners to grow their share of wallet.
Key Responsibilities
- Acquire and deepen the branch customer base through proactive sales and service activities, managing the customer experience to identify opportunities to improve their financial wellbeing.
- Drive proactive sales conversations through internal and outbound interactions, leveraging a defined sales process to elevate client loyalty and deliver a full PNC conversation with every client interaction.
- Create customer loyalty and grow customer share of wallet through a differentiated customer experience, performing lobby engagement activities to connect with customers and position PNC products to meet their needs.
- Apply product and procedural knowledge to identify, mitigate, and solve customer problems effectively, driving customer loyalty and managing risk through adherence to all policies and procedures.
