Key Responsibilities

  • Acquire and deepen the branch customer base through proactive sales and service activities, managing the customer experience to identify opportunities to improve their financial wellbeing.
  • Drive proactive sales conversations through internal and outbound interactions, leveraging a defined sales process to elevate client loyalty and deliver a full PNC conversation with every client interaction.
  • Create customer loyalty and grow customer share of wallet through a differentiated customer experience, performing lobby engagement activities to connect with customers and position PNC products to meet their needs.
