Requirements

• Background in executive administrative support and scheduling is highly preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of customer service experience, with a demonstrated ability to engage customers and drive sales.
• Associate's degree or higher preferred.
• Proficiency in computer operations (MacOS, GoogleSuites, and more).
• Friendly, energetic demeanor with a strong focus on delivering exceptional customer service.
• Ability to multitask effectively and work collaboratively within a team-oriented environment.
• Professional phone etiquette and communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Accurate data entry skills and attention to detail.
• Access to reliable transportation.
• Trustworthy and professional conduct at all times.

Work Schedule

• Tuesday - Saturday, 10 AM to 5 PM
• Sunday and Monday: Closed
• Seasonal/Holiday Hours Vary
