About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Client Service Manager to join our global brokerage team at GGB - Global. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service to a diverse range of clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Take a leadership role in the renewal process to ensure the best possible solutions are delivered to clients in a timely and high-quality manner.
  • Secure existing business and drive the sale of additional services and lines of coverage.
  • Nurture relationships with clients and internal stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
  • Guide team members in addressing client risk management needs through consultative conversations.
  • Mentor and develop team members through continuous learning, feedback, and talent development.
  • Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance standards and service levels are met.
  • Maintain accurate client and policy data within our systems.
  • Utilize our technology to improve productivity and quality.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree with 3+ years of client service and/or claims management experience, or High School degree/GED with 8+ years of client service and/or claims management experience.
  • Producer's License (P&C)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
Preferred Qualifications
  • Previous insurance knowledge and experience managing client relationships.
  • Solid financial acumen.
  • Personal Lines Account Management experience within P&C division.
