Job Description

As an Executive Compensation Professional at Prisma Health, you will play a vital role in administering executive compensation programs and initiatives that support our organization's strategic plan. You will operate with substantial latitude for unreviewed action or decision, making this a highly autonomous position.

The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical background, with experience in executive compensation, human resources, finance, or a related field. A Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field is required, along with 5 years of proven analytical experience. Preferred certifications include PHR, SHRM-CP, or Certified Compensation Professional.

You will be responsible for conducting market analyses and job evaluations for executives and top management, recommending salary grades and job titles based on external market data and internal analysis. You will also provide expert advice on all issues related to the Prisma Health Executive Compensation program, policies, and procedures.

Responsibilities
  • Conduct market analyses and job evaluations for executives and top management

  • Provide expert advice on all issues related to the Prisma Health Executive Compensation program, policies, and procedures
  • Maintain knowledge of legal issues, including the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA)
  • Assist in the development and implementation of salary administration guidelines
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field
  • 5 years of proven analytical experience in executive compensation, human resources, finance, or a related field
  • Preferred certifications: PHR, SHRM-CP, or Certified Compensation Professional
Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of $85,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience. Our comprehensive benefits package includes medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) matching, paid time off, and opportunities for professional growth and development.
