  • Adhere to standard portion sizes and quality benchmarks
  • Maintain adequate stock levels to ensure seamless service
  • Assist in food preparation during slower periods as required
  • Deliver food promptly while maintaining high standards
  • Follow guidelines for plate presentation and garnishing
  • Keep the workstation clean and sanitary, managing product storage and rotation
  • Ensure cleanliness and organization of coolers
  • Exhibit professionalism and foster positive working relationships
  • Comply with safety protocols and report any hazards
  • Follow all policies outlined in the Employee Handbook

Qualifications:

  • Preferred one year of experience in a culinary role
  • Possession of relevant licenses or certifications
  • Understanding of food preparation techniques and equipment
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively
  • Strong communication skills
  • Capability to follow both verbal and written instructions
  • Ability to multitask and perform under pressure
  • Professional demeanor

Compensation Information: Hourly wage ranges from $19 to $20.
