Business Development Manager

Ciellos is a leading Microsoft Dynamics 365 technology consulting firm seeking a seasoned Business Development Manager to drive revenue growth and expand our client base. The ideal candidate will possess a strong track record in sales, excellent communication skills, and a deep understanding of the Microsoft Dynamics ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through research, networking, and prospecting.
- Develop and execute effective sales strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with potential customers, understanding their needs and presenting tailored solutions.
- Represent Ciellos at industry events and conferences.
- Prepare and present sales proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions in the CRM system.
- Provide feedback to the services team based on customer needs and market trends.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Technology, or related fields.
- Existing relationships with System Integrators and Independent Software Vendors in the Microsoft Dynamics ecosystem.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong understanding of sales principles and techniques.
- Proven experience in technology sales (8+ years), preferably in the Microsoft Dynamics ecosystem.
