About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. As a key member of our airport lot team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, ensuring a seamless rental experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist customers with various aspects of the rental process, including checking cars, processing rentals, and providing information on our loyalty program.
  • Work effectively in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple tasks and priorities while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure a smooth and efficient rental process.
  • Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving any issues in a professional and courteous manner.

Requirements
  • High School Diploma (or equivalent).
  • Valid Driver's License.
  • Basic computer skills, including typing and data entry.
  • Effective verbal communication skills.
  • Willingness to work outdoors and in a fast-paced environment.
  • Flexibility to work all shifts, including evenings and weekends.
  • Ability to type, sit, stand, walk, or move throughout the rental lot and enter/exit vehicles for prolonged periods.
  • Must be 18 years of age and legally authorized to work in the United States.
