The Customer Service Banking Representative plays a vital role in managing transactions and addressing customer service inquiries within the branch. This position promotes customer understanding and utilization of the bank's services, tools, and resources. 4. Promoting customer awareness and education regarding the bank's services, including digital banking options.
5. Connecting customers with other branch personnel or banking partners who can address their financial needs.
Qualifications:
A High School Diploma or GED is required, along with a minimum of 6 months of customer service experience, including cash handling.
Preferred Experience:
Background in sales or prior banking experience is advantageous.
Skills Required:
Financial literacy and a solid understanding of retail banking products and services are essential.
The compensation for this position typically ranges from $17.96 to $26.00 per hour. Actual starting pay will be based on individual skills, experience, location, and other lawful non-discriminatory factors.
For certain roles, total compensation may also include variable incentives, bonuses, benefits, and/or other awards as specified in the employment offer.
