Job Summary

You will work closely with wholesale and retail customers to understand their needs, provide personalized solutions, and ensure maximum customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide excellent customer service, ensuring that customers have a positive experience and are satisfied with their purchases.
  • Determine customer needs and present appropriate products and services, building trust relationships with wholesale and retail customers.
  • Process sales transactions accurately and consistently, meeting sales goals and maintaining precise work order files and formulas.
  • Assist customers in person and over the phone, answering questions and providing product information.
  • Stay up-to-date with product features and maintain the high quality and visual standards of the products and store.
Requirements
  • Must be at least 18 years old and legally authorized to work in the country of employment.
  • Must be able to read, write, comprehend, and communicate in English and Spanish.
  • Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs. frequently and up to 70 lbs. on occasion.
  • Must be willing to work all scheduled hours, including evenings and weekends.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Valid, unrestricted driver's license.
  • High school diploma or GED.
  • At least one year of experience working in a delivery, retail, or customer service position.
  • Previous work experience selling paint and paint-related products.
