We are seeking a talented individual to join our Finance & Strategy team at Hire Talent. This role is crucial in driving the growth of our organization by identifying and implementing innovative opportunities and solutions.

The Finance & Strategy team collaborates with various departments to enhance the profitability, scalability, and sustainability of our business model.


Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to facilitate informed financial decisions and devise sustainable growth strategies for our U.S. merchant partners in diverse sectors.
- Assist in the deal flow approval process by evaluating submissions against policy standards and coordinating with sales, strategy & operations, and finance teams for necessary adjustments.
- Support deal desk teams across multiple verticals and business lines by developing financial models for deals.
- Create decision support materials by analyzing merchant comparables, portfolio performance, and market intelligence.
- Maintain and refine SQL queries to bolster deal models and analytics.

- Advanced proficiency in Excel and financial modeling.
- Experience in building financial models to capitalize on opportunities and support new program initiatives.
- Basic SQL knowledge or a willingness to learn.
- Ability to manipulate large datasets, uncover hidden insights, and enhance our understanding of business operations through data analysis.
