About the Sales Manager Position

Alchemy Financial Group is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to join our expanding insurance brokerage team. As a Sales Manager, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth, developing and managing a high-performing sales team, and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Build, train, and manage a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets and exceed customer expectations.
  • Evaluate new customers' insurance needs, risks, and financial status to create tailored solutions that meet their goals.
  • Ensure all paperwork is up-to-date and accurate.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, onboarding new clients, and maintaining existing relationships.
  • Monitor sales team performance, attend regular meetings, and follow company procedures and policies.
Requirements:
  • Active driver's license.
  • Detail-oriented and a team player with excellent management and organizational skills.
