About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Housekeeper to join our team at Naina Hospitality Group, LLC.

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the housekeeping department, ensuring a clean and comfortable environment for guests and clients. This is a challenging role that requires strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.

Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage the housekeeping team to maintain high standards of cleanliness and efficiency.
  • Conduct regular meetings and training sessions to ensure staff are well-trained and updated on the latest cleaning procedures and protocols.
  • Schedule and supervise housekeeping staff, ensuring adequate coverage and efficient workflow.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):

  • Maintain a clean and safe environment for guests and clients.
  • Ensure high standards of cleanliness and hygiene throughout all areas of the hotel catering hall.
  • Address and resolve guest complaints or concerns related to housekeeping issues promptly and professionally.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma; degree in hospitality management preferred.
  • Proven experience as an Executive Housekeeper or similar position.
  • Able to multitask and prioritize.
  • Excellent organizational and people management skills.

Salary: $65,000 - $75,000 per annum, depending on experience.
