Key Responsibilities:

  • Work alongside the property management team to create promotional materials
  • Utilize PropertyWare and EOS software effectively
  • Monitor and maintain company performance metrics
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
  • Adhere to fair housing regulations in all advertising and leasing practices
  • Follow established protocols for resident inquiries
  • Report directly to the Property Manager
