Care Home Manager

Job Summary:
Oppent is seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Care Home Manager to join our team. As a Care Home Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of one of our Portage homes, providing support and services to adults with disabilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and manage Group Home employees, including interviewing, hiring, training, and performance appraisal.
- Establish and manage departmental budget, goals, objectives, and policies.
- Ensure financial accountability for cost center, including requisitions, budgets, petty cash, household receipts, and other reports.
- Assist QIDP in planning instructional activities and implementing ICF/MR Federal Regulations, Medicaid, and Fire Marshall required activities.
- Maintain assigned property, including indoor, outdoor, and vehicle maintenance.
- Supervise and monitor medical and other needs of residents, including scheduled appointments, emergency procedures, and medication administration.
Requirements:
- Must be 18 years or older.
- Partial Holiday Pay.
