Customer Service Support Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Customer Service Support Specialist to join our team in Moorestown, NJ.
This role involves providing top-notch customer experience support, effectively communicating with clients, and ensuring smooth operations.
Key Responsibilities:- Answer incoming customer concerns via phone, text, and email in a timely manner.
- Making outbound calls to customers to provide updates on installation and service status.
- Scheduling warranty appointments for the Service Department.
- Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM Database.
- Providing work orders to technicians and auditing orders for accuracy.
- Generating reports and distributing them prior to scheduled meetings.
- Managing routine customer issues and resolving escalated concerns efficiently.
- Processing electronic payments and supporting Accounts Receivable collections.
- Experience in customer service and administration.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Strong communication and attention to detail skills.
The estimated salary range for this position is $55,000 - $60,000 per annum, based on industry standards and location. Our comprehensive benefits package includes medical, dental, and vision coverage, as well as critical illness, accident, and hospital insurance.
