Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Customer Service Support Specialist to join our team in Moorestown, NJ.

This role involves providing top-notch customer experience support, effectively communicating with clients, and ensuring smooth operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Answer incoming customer concerns via phone, text, and email in a timely manner.
  • Making outbound calls to customers to provide updates on installation and service status.
  • Scheduling warranty appointments for the Service Department.
  • Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM Database.
  • Providing work orders to technicians and auditing orders for accuracy.
  • Generating reports and distributing them prior to scheduled meetings.
  • Managing routine customer issues and resolving escalated concerns efficiently.
  • Processing electronic payments and supporting Accounts Receivable collections.
Requirements:
  • Experience in customer service and administration.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Strong communication and attention to detail skills.
Compensation and Benefits

The estimated salary range for this position is $55,000 - $60,000 per annum, based on industry standards and location. Our comprehensive benefits package includes medical, dental, and vision coverage, as well as critical illness, accident, and hospital insurance.

We also offer a 401(k) retirement plan, life insurance, short and long-term disability coverage, and a health spending account. Additionally, you will have access to transportation benefits, an employee assistance program, and generous time off/leave policies.
