Medical Operations Manager Lead

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Medical Operations Manager to join our team at Medi-Weightloss. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the implementation and administration of all policies and procedures of the clinic, including clinical, financial, operational, personnel, and administrative tasks.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in medical operations management, with experience in managing multiple clinics or departments. You will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, meeting or exceeding clinic sales and goals, and maintaining a high level of professionalism at all times.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage clinic operations, including staff supervision, patient scheduling, and inventory management.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with company standards and regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with the clinical team to ensure seamless patient care and high-quality services.
- Monitor and analyze clinic performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
- Provide training and coaching to staff members to ensure they meet company standards and expectations.
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in medical operations management, preferably in a clinic or healthcare setting.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound decisions.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines.
