Position Overview:
HumCap, Inc. is a leading entity in the realm of healthcare process automation and interoperability. We leverage data and intelligent automation to revolutionize operations, aiming to enhance outcomes for our clients by minimizing costs, optimizing workflows, and elevating the overall customer experience. As we embark on an ambitious growth trajectory, we are in search of dedicated Support Engineers to bolster our Clearinghouse team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Understanding Clearinghouse Operations:
    • Lead the adoption of Healthcare Clearinghouse methodologies, mastering X12 EDI transactions (837, 835, 270/271, 276/277) while ensuring adherence to CAQH standards.
    • Develop a comprehensive understanding of the clearinghouse's functions, particularly its role in facilitating transactions among various stakeholders.
  • Customer Interface Development:
    • Design and implement user interfaces that enable customers to interact with the clearinghouse seamlessly.
    • Ensure the interface is intuitive, secure, and compliant with all applicable regulations and standards.
    • Adhere to project timelines effectively.
  • System Configuration:
    • Set up backend systems to support clearinghouse operations, including database, server, and network configurations.
    • Maintain essential protocols for secure data management.
  • Compliance and Security:
    • Guarantee that the system complies with all regulatory requirements and standards concerning data privacy and security.
    • Stay informed about process changes that may impact clearinghouse operations and adjust the system as necessary.
  • Testing and Quality Assurance:
    • Conduct comprehensive testing of customer interfaces and system configurations to ensure reliability and performance.
    • Address any issues identified during testing and refine the system accordingly.
  • Documentation and Support:
    • Create detailed documentation for system configurations and customer interfaces.
    • Provide ongoing support and training to users of the clearinghouse system.
    • Monitor customer performance until support transition.
  • Communication:
    • Engage with customers regarding workflows.
    • Inform clients of any critical production issues that may impact their processes.
    • Report critical production issues to the development manager or COO.
    • Maintain high standards of professional communication.
    • Achieve consistently high ratings on customer satisfaction surveys.
    • Respond promptly and courteously to all customer inquiries.
    • Perform additional related duties as assigned.
  • Production Management:
    • Oversee daily production for assigned customers.
    • Ensure that no batches or claims are delayed or overlooked due to technical issues.
    • Perform other related duties as assigned.

Required Skills:

Qualifications:
