Essential Responsibilities:- Under the guidance of Registered Nurses (RNs), you will provide fundamental nursing care to patients and their families.
- Assist with patient admissions, transfers, and discharges by safely transporting, lifting, and positioning patients while adhering to all safety protocols.
- Collaborate with the RN to develop and implement individualized patient care plans.
- Maintain a safe, clean, and organized patient environment. Proactively identify and eliminate potential hazards to ensure the well-being of both staff and patients.
- High School diploma or GED preferred.
- Current certification as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) on the North Carolina State Registry in good standing is mandatory.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification is required.
