Travel Medication Aide

We are seeking a qualified Certified Medication Aide to join our team at Trilogy Health Services. As a Medication Aide, you will play a vital role in ensuring the health and well-being of our residents by safely preparing, administering, and documenting medications.
Responsibilities- Safely prepare, administer, and document all medications used in the health campus.
- Maintain resident records regarding medication distribution, leisure activities, incidents, and observations.
- Verify medications brought into the health campus by newly admitted residents and ensure they are examined and identified by the attending physician or facility pharmacy/pharmacist.
- Follow health campus policies and procedures regarding medication destruction.
- Participate in daily nursing report and electronic documentation.
- Assist residents with daily needs, including personal hygiene activities, dressing/undressing, lifting, and transporting when needed.
- Observe and report changes in residents' condition and make independent decisions when warranted.
- Work collaboratively with a high-quality team.
- Active and in good-standing Nurse Aide certification.
- Active and in good-standing Medication Aide certification (QMA, KMA MA-C).
- Every other weekend and holiday work availability.
- At least one year's experience as a Certified Medication Aide preferred.
- At least 18 years of age with a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
