As a Cruise Sales Team Leader, you will oversee a dedicated sales team comprising yourself and two Sales Assistants. Your primary responsibilities will include closing sales, surpassing sales objectives, and expanding a profitable portfolio of clients. In this position, you will benefit from the assistance of two Sales Assistants focused on enhancing your sales efforts.
Key Responsibilities of the Cruise Sales Team Leader include:
- Employing effective time management skills to engage with prospective travelers, researching optimal itineraries, and booking exceptional cruise and land vacations.
- Following up with confirmed clients to enhance their reservations with air travel, insurance, accommodations, pre/post packages, shore excursions, and additional services.
- Responding to cruise inquiries generated from our leading industry website.
- Reconnecting with previous guests to arrange new cruise and land vacations.
- Utilizing consultative sales techniques to understand client needs and provide tailored recommendations.
- Researching and developing personalized travel suggestions using both online and offline resources.
- Achieving and exceeding team performance goals, including sales metrics and activity levels.
- Effectively managing your time to meet daily sales targets.
- Documenting ongoing sales activities through Salesforce.
- Leveraging the support of your two Sales Assistants to surpass sales expectations.

Ideal Candidate Profile:
