About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Commercial Lines Marketing and Sales Specialist to join our team at Deland, Gibson Insurance Associates Inc.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the Sales Team throughout the new business process, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration.
  • Market, quote, present, bind, and issue new Select Market business, leveraging industry knowledge and expertise.
  • Advise and consult clients on coverages and risk reduction strategies, providing tailored solutions to meet their needs.
  • Maintain high levels of communication and build effective relationships with clients, fostering trust and loyalty.
  • Accurately input data into information systems and update the information as needed, ensuring data integrity and accuracy.
  • Support the organization's mission, values, and strategic initiatives, contributing to the company's growth and success.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in business, sales, or marketing preferred.
  • 2-3 years' P&C Insurance experience, with a strong understanding of commercial lines.
  • MA P & C License, with the ability to obtain additional licenses as required.
  • Exceptional customer service skills, with a focus on building strong relationships.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, able to work effectively with all levels of the organization.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to assist with customer resolutions.
  • Must be self-motivated and have great attention to detail, with a focus on accuracy and quality.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, with experience in Applied Epic a plus.
