We are seeking a highly motivated and dedicated Real Estate Sales Agent to join our dynamic team at Hero Homes Group - eXp Realty LLC. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for building strong relationships with clients, growing your sales pipeline, and providing exceptional service to ensure a seamless transaction experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Consistently follow up with leads to grow your sales pipeline
  • Develop local knowledge of the community to provide expert advice to clients
  • Oversee the entire sales process from listing to closing
  • Provide exceptional service to clients, nurturing relationships and generating repeat and referral business
  • Rigorously prospect for new business to drive sales growth

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Building Relationships: Connect with clients and other agents in the industry
  • Lead Follow-Up: Keep in touch with leads to grow your pipeline
  • Easy Closings: Write offers, set & attend meetings with clients to get listings and contracts, communicate with team leaders & title companies, etc.
  • Local Expert: Stay up-to-date with local market knowledge
  • Prospecting: Actively seek out new business to drive sales growth

Qualifications:

  • Great communication and social skills

  • A proven record of sales experience and success is preferred

Compensation: $100,000
