About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Account Manager to join our team at Lamar McKenzie - State Farm Agent. As an Account Manager, you will play a vital role in growing our agency through meaningful client relationships and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments.

Key Responsibilities
  • Establish and Maintain Customer Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring their needs are met.
  • Provide Prompt and Accurate Service: Respond to customer inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification in a timely and professional manner.
  • Promote Successful Customer Relations: Foster long-lasting relationships with customers by understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions to meet their goals.
Requirements
  • Experience in Sales: Previous experience in sales, preferably in outside sales, inside sales, retail sales, or telemarketing.
  • Client Relationship Management: Experience managing client relationships and providing exceptional customer service.
  • Marketing and Communication Skills: Ability to market products and services based on customer needs and communicate effectively with customers.
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Strong written, verbal, and listening skills to effectively interact with customers and colleagues.
  • Dedication to Customer Service: Commitment to providing exceptional customer service and ensuring customer satisfaction.
