About the Role

We are currently seeking a highly qualified attorney to join a prestigious Privacy & Information Security Law Practice group. This role is designed for an experienced legal professional with a robust background in both federal and state privacy regulations. The ideal candidate will engage in client counseling, data privacy, information security, and consumer protection law.

Key Qualifications
  • A minimum of 7 years of relevant experience in privacy law.
  • Proven track record of providing practical legal advice on U.S. state privacy laws, along with a general understanding of international privacy regulations.
  • Experience in handling regulatory investigations or privacy-related litigation.
  • Exceptional writing and presentation capabilities.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple client engagements effectively.
  • Outstanding academic credentials complemented by excellent interpersonal skills.
Work Environment

The selected candidate will collaborate across various offices and will ideally be based in a major metropolitan area. Bar admission in the attorney's resident or affiliated jurisdiction is mandatory.

Compensation

The salary range for this position is reflective of the competitive market and is specifically tailored for candidates working in a major city. Compensation will be determined based on factors such as internal equity, market data, and the applicant's qualifications.
