Nurse Care Coordinator Opportunity

Estimated Annual Salary: $85,000 - $110,000

Dove Healthcare is seeking a skilled nurse to fill the role of Nurse Care Coordinator. This position involves overseeing the daily activities of assigned residents and employees, ensuring high-quality care and a safe environment.

The ideal candidate will possess current licensure in Wisconsin as a registered nurse (RN), a degree from an accredited nursing school, and prior nursing experience.

This opportunity offers a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, company-paid life insurance, up to 20% childcare reimbursement, and education assistance of up to $5,250 per year.

In this role, you will:

  • Supervise and coordinate care for residents and employees
  • Review and audit compliance with patient plans of care
  • Provide a safe and comfortable environment
  • Participate in an on-call rotation
