Care Coordinator/ Service Provider

We are seeking a full-time Care Coordinator Intern, working 50% at each task, to join our team. As a key member of our staff, you will provide quality care and support to individuals in their residences.
About the Role:
- Prepare and file all necessary paperwork for In-Home client intake responsibilities.
- Answering telephone calls and directing them to relevant staff.
- Monitoring office supplies and keeping track of needed items.
- Provide other administrative support as necessary, including scheduling group meetings, maintaining calendars, researching, and creating reports.
- Reporting office progress to the Care Coordinator Lead and working with them to improve office operations and procedures.
Responsibilities:
- Providing companionship, interpersonal connection, and emotional support to individuals.
- Meal preparation, such as help with cooking skills or grocery shopping.
- Light housekeeping and laundry.
- Transportation for doctor's visits and errands.
- Assisting with independent living skills.
Requirements:
The ideal candidate will have the following traits: reliable, compassionate, patient, engaging, and detail-oriented. An estimated salary for this position is $45,000-$60,000 per year, based on experience and qualifications.
