Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and launch new equipment and processes to improve manufacturing efficiency and productivity
  • Lead improvement projects for current production lines to optimize performance and reduce costs
  • Support current mass production equipment to ensure smooth operation and minimize downtime
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, specify, and purchase new equipment and processes
  • Conduct experiments and trials to validate new equipment and processes
  • Develop and maintain process documentation, including PFMEA, Control Plans, and work instructions
  • Monitor production processes for improvement opportunities and proactively design and document improvement activities
  • Lead maintenance teams to repair and troubleshoot issues
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in engineering or a related technical field
  • Understanding of electrical systems, pneumatics, controls, mechanics, and/or common assembly processes, project management
  • Experience with design modification and process documentation
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously

  • Automotive experience
  • PLC experience or willingness to learn
