Superior Marine Inc. is seeking a skilled Blaster and Painter to enhance our coatings division. This role encompasses both blasting and painting responsibilities within our industrial operations.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Utilize sandblasting techniques and industrial painting skills, with training available for the right candidate.

Painting Expertise:

Successful candidates will demonstrate proficiency in:

  • Operating and maintaining Graco airless pumps, pressure pots, lines, and paint guns.
  • Measuring wet and dry film thicknesses accurately.
  • Working knowledge of various coatings including Alkyds, Zinc's, Epoxy's, and Urethanes.

Blasting Skills:

Experience in blasting will include:

  • Operating and maintaining abrasive blasting equipment.
  • Achieving the desired level of blast cleanliness.
  • Measuring surface profile effectively.

Additional Duties:
  • Assist in the upkeep of the facility and equipment.
  • Exhibit a strong work ethic and the ability to work safely in a dynamic environment.
  • Compliance with pre-employment drug screening is required.

Job Type:
Full-time


Schedule:
Regular hours Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM. Flexibility for overtime may be necessary based on project requirements.
