  • Provide accurate pricing estimates for each customer interaction, demonstrating transparency and reliability.
  • Complete daily checklists to ensure customer satisfaction and personal well-being.
  • Prevent careless mistakes and damages, prioritizing the safety and satisfaction of clients.
  • Safely complete junk removal jobs without damages, adhering to company policies and procedures.

Qualifications:

  • Experience in a similar industry is preferred but not required; we're willing to train the right applicant.
  • Experience driving a medium duty truck or similar vehicles, such as a U-Haul truck, is advantageous.
  • Strong customer service skills and a positive attitude.
  • Flexibility in availability, as job assignments come in on an on-demand basis.
  • Dedication to the growth and success of our company, with a proactive approach to seeking opportunities for efficiency and improvement.

Work Schedule:

  • Flexible scheduling with shifts ranging from 3 to 4 days per week, including Saturdays, with each day typically consisting of 5 to 12 hours, allowing for more time with family and friends or pursuing long-term goals.
