**About Legends International**
Legends International is a holistic agency that specializes in delivering solutions for legendary brands. We approach each project with our 360-degree service solution. Our Global Planning, Global Sales, and Hospitality service solutions collaborate on every project to ensure success across each of our six verticals including professional sports, collegiate, attractions, entertainment, international, and conventions.
**The Role**
The Customer Service Representative will report directly to the General Manager. Representatives are expected to be the role model of excellence for all other staff throughout the venue. In addition, it will be necessary to be very knowledgeable about the venue and services in order to assist any and all guests.
**Responsibilities:**
• Assist General Manager with employee interactions including customer service games, handing out prizes and numerous other customer service related activities.
• Survey on-site guests during events to receive real-time experience feedback.
• Complete minimum number of surveys.
• Assist with identifying problematic issues and concerns.
• Maximize both employee and customer satisfaction.
• Assist with check-in/check-out procedure as necessary.
**Qualifications:**
• All applicants must be at least 18 years of age.
• High school diploma or equivalent. Some college preferred.
• Previous customer services experience a plus.
• Customer service oriented with the ability to interact with all levels of management.
• Highly motivated with a pleasant and upbeat attitude.
• Ability to multi task in a fast paced team setting in addition to working independently.
• Excellent oral and written communication and strong attention to detail.
• Must be flexible to work all events including mornings, late nights, weekends and holidays.
• Must be able to work fluently in English and bi-lingual skill are a plus.
• Ability to walk around for 7 to 8 hours and carry items weighing up to 30 pounds.
