We are seeking personable, customer service-oriented problem solvers to join our inbound call center team. In this role, you will manage sensitive situations with ease, providing top-notch service to customers while helping them navigate their financial challenges. Ideal candidates thrive in a fast-paced environment, are empathetic, and excel at communicating complex information in a clear, supportive manner.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Inbound & Outbound Calls: Handle a high volume of both inbound and outbound calls (200+ daily) with customers whose accounts are 5-29 days past due. Assist in bringing accounts current through negotiation and education.
  • Customer Support: Provide excellent service by understanding customer concerns, identifying the root causes of delinquency, and offering solutions to ensure the best outcome for both the customer andcompany
  • Delinquency Management: Contribute to the team’s overall goals related to reducing delinquency rates and improving customer retention.
  • Maintain Positive Attitude: Approach all customer interactions with an upbeat, supportive attitude to foster trust and satisfaction.
  • Adherence to Company Policies: Follow all organizational guidelines and procedures during every customer interaction.

  • Excellent Communication Skills: Strong verbal communication with the ability to simplify complex information for customers.
  • Customer Service Orientation: Passion for providing exceptional service and ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Problem-Solving: Ability to think critically and provide effective, customer-friendly solutions to sensitive issues.
  • Multitasking Skills: Proficient in talking, typing, and navigating software systems simultaneously.
  • Adaptability & Growth: Open to feedback, willing to learn, and flexible with evolving procedures.
  • Phone-based Proficiency: Comfortable with phone-based communication for the duration of an 8-hour shift, including potential overtime.
  • Self-Motivated: Takes initiative and ownership of tasks, with a focus on continuous improvement.
  • Preferred: Bilingual in Spanish and English for enhanced customer service.
