Equipment Finance Business Development Manager

About the Role:
This is an exciting opportunity to join our client's team in Phoenix, AZ as an Equipment Finance Business Development Manager. You will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients and prospects, identifying new business opportunities, and driving sales growth.
Responsibilities:
- Pursue daily prospecting to identify new business opportunities.
- Maintain a regular schedule of calls and meetings with clients and prospects.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activity to stay ahead of the competition.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to execute database marketing initiatives.
- Negotiate transactions ranging from $50k to $500k on average.
- Manage existing relationships and maintain accurate records in Salesforce.com.

$140,000 - $200,000 per annum

Requirements:
- 5+ years of successful track record in Business-to-Business sales.
- Proficiency in most aspects of finance and managing large corporate relationships.
- Excellent understanding of the equipment finance marketplace.
- BA/BS degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics (preferred).
- Strong written/oral communication skills and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to use Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Salesforce.
