Job Summary

KBR is seeking a Senior Acquisition Program Manager to support the Air Force Life Cycle Management Center (AFLCMC).

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead weapon systems acquisition activities, providing expert guidance and recommendations that shape acquisition strategies.
  • Develop program documentation to support Request for Proposal, Milestone Decisions, and Acquisition Strategies.
  • Manage USAF weapon system management processes, policies, and procedures.
  • Oversee cost/schedule/technical execution.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree.
  • 15 years of experience in DoD weapon system management.
  • ACAT I/II/III Program Manager functions.
  • Knowledge in writing and responding to Federal and DoD Requests for Proposals (RFPs).
  • Ability to work well as part of a team and with minimal supervision.
  • Ability to travel.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Master's degree.
  • DAWIA certification.
  • Problem solving.
  • Critical and creative thinking.
  • Conflict resolution.
  • Multi-tasking.
  • Clear and well-organized verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong computer skills and proficient with MS Office applications.
