Job Summary

We are seeking a seasoned Senior District Manager of Healthcare Technology Management to lead our team in Cleveland, OH. This role will provide strategic oversight and leadership within a prestigious healthcare environment, consistently recognized for its excellence in the industry.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage healthcare technology operations across the district, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and standards.
  • Develop and maintain outstanding client relationships and governance structures, acting as the primary point of contact for the University Hospital System.
  • Exhibit superior business acumen, agility, and proficiency in budget management and decision-making.
  • Coach and mentor employees at various levels to enhance their performance and career development.
  • Review and maintain compliance reports in accordance with federal, state, and local regulations, as well as organizational policies and procedures.
  • Ensure a safe work environment by enforcing safety program execution and recommending changes as necessary.
  • Assess financial risks and opportunities, communicate findings to the client and senior management, and initiate action plans as needed.
  • Understand cybersecurity challenges and solutions relevant to healthcare providers.
  • Promote and support workplace diversity initiatives within the organization.
What We Offer
  • Competitive Salary: The anticipated base pay for this position is $161,000 to $180,000 per year.

Requirements
  • Basic Education Requirement: Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.
  • Basic Management Experience: 7 years in a leadership role.
  • Basic Functional Experience: 7 years in Healthcare Technology Management within a large healthcare environment.
