Key Responsibilities

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring that our Guests receive an exceptional dining experience. This includes supervising scheduled shifts, ensuring that all Team Members are performing at their best, and maintaining the highest standards of food quality and cleanliness.

You will be responsible for:

  • Leading by example and demonstrating a passion for delivering exceptional Guest service
  • Coaching and developing Team Members to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed
  • Ensuring that all operations are running smoothly and efficiently, including food preparation, service, and cash handling
  • Managing cash handling procedures, including assigning bartender drawers and performing checkouts
  • Conducting food safety and line checks to ensure that food and beverage standards are met and executed safely
  • Managing Guest complaints and issues, and ensuring that they are resolved promptly and professionally
  • Leading motivational Alley Rallies to engage and inform Team Members about Fridays food, beverage, promotions, and other important information
  • Ensuring that all Team Members are aware of and adhere to Non-Negotiable Brand Standards (NNBS)
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Minimum 6 months experience as a Team Member (internal) or one year of external restaurant experience with a college degree (external)
  • Certified coach (internal)
  • Ability to complete TGI Friday's Associate Manager Validation
  • Must be capable of performing all functions and meeting qualification standards for all FOH and BOH positions
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to lead and motivate a team
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
