Plan Liaison Coordinator

Join our team as a Plan Liaison Coordinator at MedPOINT Management and contribute to delivering high-quality patient care.
In this role, you will serve as the main point of contact between our Outpatient UM team and Health Plan personnel, ensuring seamless coordination of referrals and adherence to regulatory requirements.
Your key responsibilities will include communicating with OP UM nurses and coordinators, completing Health Plan service requests, and maintaining accurate records of decisions and updates.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
- High School graduate or GED equivalent
- 1 year of experience in the medical field
- Knowledge of medical terminology
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs, especially Word and Excel
