Job Overview:
In Openwork, we are currently seeking skilled professionals to fill the role of Assembly Line Fabrication Specialist in Griffin, GA. As an integral part of our production team, you will be responsible for ensuring high-quality welds on various metal materials.

Key Responsibilities:
• Perform assembly line fabrication tasks efficiently and accurately
• Utilize specialized equipment, including welding machines and metal cutters
• Collaborate with colleagues to achieve common goals and meet deadlines
• Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines to prevent accidents and injuries
• Participate in training programs to enhance skills and knowledge

Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you must have prior experience in welding and fabrication. You should also possess your own personal protective equipment (PPE), including a welding helmet, gloves, and steel toe boots. In addition, you must be able to listen carefully and follow directions accurately.

What We Offer:
We offer competitive pay rates, starting at $20.00 per hour, with opportunities for increases based on performance. This is a temp-to-hire position, offering benefits such as medical, dental, vision, 401K, and more once converted to a permanent role after 90 days. Work hours are Monday through Friday, 10 pm to 6 am.
