Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Fabrication Specialist to join our team at Openwork in Griffin, GA.

About the Role

This is a temporary to permanent position with a salary range of $20.00 and up based on weld test performance.

Responsibilities
  • Perform high-quality welding operations on aluminum and steel materials.
  • Maintain a safe working environment by adhering to company safety protocols and wearing required personal protective equipment.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to meet production deadlines and exceed quality standards.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge.
Requirements
  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in welding operations.
  • Proven ability to work efficiently and accurately in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to work overtime as needed.
Benefits

Upon conversion to a permanent role after 90 days, employees will be eligible for medical, dental, vision, 401K, and other benefits.

Work Environment
