Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in preparing financial statements and analysis
  • Work closely with rental branches and other departments to ensure seamless financial operations
  • Support accounting managers with reports and other financial tasks
  • Involved in accounts payable and receivable functions, cash receipts, and petty cash management
  • Assist in accounting schedules and filing
  • Perform miscellaneous administrative duties as needed
Requirements:
  • Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's Degree program in Accounting or Finance, with an expected graduation date between August 2025 and May 2026
  • Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word
  • Valid driver's license
  • Ability to work 30-35 hours per week throughout the 12-week summer internship program
  • Authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position
