Key Responsibilities
  • Drive continuous improvement projects to enhance manufacturing processes
  • Lead infrastructure automation upgrades to improve efficiency
  • Develop training plans and sessions for team members

The ideal candidate has a diploma or degree in Electronics, Automation, Electrical Engineering, or equivalent experience. They should be proficient in PLC, HMI, SCADA, VFD, and Servo System programming and troubleshooting. Experience with Virtual Network and Thin Clients, as well as SQL Server, is also required.

As a Production Automation Specialist, you will utilize your expertise to troubleshoot controls automation system issues, perform predictive maintenance analysis, and analyze performance trends. You will also identify opportunities for continuous improvement and drive them forward.

Requirements
  • Degree in Electronics, Automation, Electrical Engineering, or equivalent experience
  • Expertise in PLC, HMI, SCADA, VFD, and Servo System programming and troubleshooting
  • Experience with Virtual Network and Thin Clients, and SQL Server
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to establish deadlines
  • Customer-focused approach and results-driven mindset
